A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, with consumers being any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Julian Bretsch, kinggear.store, Grundstraße 111, 35708 Haiger, Germany, Tel.: 015258496967, Email: info@kinggear.store) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
  2. Please do not return the goods postage due.
  3. Please note that the provisions in points 1-2 above are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
