Do you need one of our products with your own design?
No problem! Submit a

1. Why haven't I received a confirmation email for my order?

Care Instructions

1. How do I clean the products?

Mousepads
The easiest way to clean your mousepad is by wiping it with a damp cloth.
Do not use harsh bleach or chemicals, as they can damage the print. Another option is to hand wash it in the shower or bathtub.
For
heavy dirt, you can put it in the washing machine. We recommend a short gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C (86°F).
To avoid creases, lay the pad flat to dry.

Arm Sleeves
We recommend
hand washing in the shower or bathtub.
For
heavy dirt, you can put them in the washing machine. Use a short gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C (86°F).

Shipping & Delivery

1. What shipping methods are available?

Your product will be shipped as an insured package within Germany via DHL, we may also use DPD or HERMES as alternative carriers.

2. How long does delivery take?

We hand over your order to DPD or DHL within 2-5 business days. Typically, your package will be delivered within 3 days within Germany.

As soon as we receive the tracking number, we will send it to you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays.

3. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Germany: €4.99
  • Other EU countries: €9.99
  • International shipping: Available upon request.

3. Are there any customs or import fees?

4. Are there any cross-border transaction fees?

You may be charged a cross-border transaction fee if your transaction is processed in a different country than where your card was issued. This fee is imposed by the issuing bank. Please check your card’s terms and conditions or contact your issuing bank for more information.
